- Orders within Punjab are typically delivered within 2-4 business days, and other parts of India within 4-7 business days. You'll receive tracking details by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies, regardless of order size.
- Yes, we deliver pan-India through our trusted courier partners. Some remote pin codes may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the 'My Orders' section in your account.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery as per our return policy.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
- Yes, COD is available on most orders across India. A small COD handling fee may apply in certain cases, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy page for details.
- If the size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery through your account or by contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. COD order refunds are credited to your provided bank account or UPI ID.

- No worries — you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering to minimise sizing issues.
- We try our best to photograph products under natural lighting to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
