How to Measure Yourself
Bust
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the ground. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — usually the narrowest part of your torso, just above the belly button. Keep the tape level all around.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, roughly 7-9 inches below your waistline.
Using a Measuring Tape
Use a soft, flexible measuring tape. Wear well-fitting undergarments while measuring, and keep the tape snug against your body without pulling it tight for accurate results.
