At Bawa Garments, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, coverage and tracking process.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Patiala & nearby areas in Punjab: 2-4 business days
  • Rest of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Himachal Pradesh: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4-7 business days

Timelines are estimates and begin from the date of order dispatch, not the order placement date. Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies, regardless of the number or weight of items in your order. Applicable shipping charges (if any) will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Coverage Areas

We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners. During checkout, you can enter your pin code to confirm delivery availability for your location. In rare cases, some remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link via email and SMS. You can also view real-time tracking status from the "My Orders" section of your account.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet the timelines mentioned above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions or natural events
  • Regional strikes, festivals or public holidays
  • Courier network delays or incomplete/incorrect address information
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will help track it down or offer a suitable resolution.

6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfilment locations. You will receive tracking details for each shipment individually.
