These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bawa Garments website at bawagarments.in (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. In the event of any error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel the affected order with a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment at no charge.
  • Returns and replacements can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Photo proof (minimum 3 photos) is required for damage/defect claims.
  • Customers are required to self-ship returns to our address.
  • Online payment refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to customer-provided details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of Bawa Garments or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bawa Garments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patiala, Punjab.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
