Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bawa Garments purchase. If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Return requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed and unworn
- In its original condition with all original tags, labels and packaging intact
- Free of stains, odours, alterations or damage not present at the time of delivery
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, unless received damaged or defective:
- Innerwear, lingerie and other intimate apparel, for hygiene reasons
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale, if marked as non-returnable
- Products that have been altered, tailored, or custom-fitted at your request
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Go to "My Orders" in your account and select the order you wish to return.
- Choose the item(s) and select "Return" along with a reason.
- Our team will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address, where available. In areas without pickup service, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our facility.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your return will be processed.

5. Exchange Process
If you'd like a different size or color instead of a refund, select "Exchange" while raising your request. Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size/color. If the requested variant is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are initiated within 2 business days and typically reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
