Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's how order cancellations work at Bawa Garments.

1. When Can You Cancel an Order?

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order status changes to "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery", it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may refuse the delivery or initiate a return once the item is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Order".
  3. Choose a reason for cancellation and confirm your request.

If the order has already progressed past the eligible cancellation window, you can contact our support team at hello@bawagarments.in or +91 78141 43696 and we will try our best to assist, though cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If you cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can also be cancelled free of charge before shipment, using the same process described above. Since no payment has been made upfront, no refund process is required. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account, and we may request prepayment for future orders.

5. Cancellations Initiated by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
